About Project.Management

Make good project management accessible to everyone — with tools that work instantly, guides that respect your time, and advice that isn't for sale.

Why we exist

Most "free" project management tools on the web are trials in disguise: you sign up, hand over your email, and the real features sit behind a paywall. Meanwhile, the people who most need help — new project managers, small businesses, non-profits and students — just need a Gantt chart, a risk register or a clear explanation of earned value, right now.

Project.Management is our answer: a growing library of browser-based tools that need no account, keep your data on your own device and export to the formats you already use; plain-English guides written by practitioners; and a vendor-neutral way to choose software and find expert help.

What we offer

Editorial standards

  • Original content. Everything is written for this site; we cite sources where we rely on them.
  • Independence. No vendor can pay to change our rankings or matcher scores. Sponsored placements are always labelled.
  • Accuracy. Certification requirements and software plans change; we date our reviews and link to official sources. Report an error and we'll fix it.
  • Privacy. Tool data stays in your browser. See our Privacy Policy.

How we're funded

Advertising (Google AdSense), clearly labelled sponsorships, optional reader support, and introductions to vetted partners when you ask for expert help. That mix lets us keep every tool free.

Independence notice

Project.Management is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI), ProjectManagement.com, AXELOS/PeopleCert, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance or any software vendor mentioned. See our trademark & copyright notice.
