Project.Management ("we", "us") operates this website. You can reach us through our contact form.
2. Information we collect
- Information you submit through forms (contact, expert help, newsletter, toolkit, support, advertising, careers and contest forms): typically your name, email address and the details you choose to provide.
- Tool data you enter in our tools (tasks, risks, budgets, etc.) is stored only in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.
- Usage data collected automatically by our hosting provider and advertising partners, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests and, where you ask us to, introduce you to relevant specialists.
- To send newsletters or course emails you sign up for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To administer contests, careers applications and contributions.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To show advertising that helps keep the site free.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense

6. Embedded content
Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Once played, YouTube (Google) may collect data according to its own privacy policy.
7. Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form-processing service (FormSubmit). Our site is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security measures.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry emails for up to 24 months, careers and talent-pool data for 12 months, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, use the contact form and choose "Privacy request". You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contests are open only to people aged 18 or over.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by the "Last updated" date above.
